Temmie and I really love this house. The buying experience was quite fast and we were in the house within a month. I really liked the walk through with Southern Homes as they made sure we understood how to operate everything. They gave good advice on changing filters and other maintenance ideas. Although we own three other homes in a different state, this was a unique experience for us in purchasing this house.
